Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to your Profile in the app and tap "Manage Subscription." This will open your Apple ID subscription settings where you can change or cancel your plan. You can also go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Go to your Profile in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

What are AI features and how do I enable them?

Fluo uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized practice sentences, provide translations, and power the AI tutor. You can enable or disable AI features at any time in Profile > AI-Powered Features. Your vocabulary and learning data is sent to Google Gemini when enabled, but your name, email, and account details are never shared.

Can I use Fluo without AI features?

Yes. Without AI features enabled, you can still practice with Fluo's existing sentence library using spaced repetition. AI features are optional.
