3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Fluo:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, video storage, and AI processing
  • Google Cloud Platform — audio extraction and speech recognition
  • Apple & Google Sign-In — authentication providers
  • RevenueCat — subscription and payment management

These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Uploaded videos that have been soft-deleted may be retained in our storage systems for up to 90 days before permanent removal.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal data (available through the app's "Delete Account" feature)
  • Portability — request a machine-readable copy of your data

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. Fluo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
